Excellence is a company specialising in the sale of luxury properties, with an emphasis on comfort and attention to detail. The company targets clients who are used to a high level of service and prefer luxury in every detail of their lives. In developing the brand, it was necessary to emphasise the uniqueness and status of the clients, as well as the fact that the company offers them the most comfortable conditions and unrivalled service.
TASK
A brand strategy was developed, including a verbal and visual identity. The brand concept was "First Class Estate Agency". This metaphor emphasises exclusive opportunities and top-quality service. The visual identity reflects this concept through an elegant and minimalist design. The logo in a sophisticated font and the sophisticated pattern emphasise the idea of a guide to the world of luxury and comfort.
